Senior Educators Insurance Services is managed by a team of professionals dedicated to your health and happiness.
President - Brian Poger
Senior Educators Insurance Services is led by Brian Poger. Brian became an expert on the Medicare legislation at McKinsey, where he led a variety of strategic and operational healthcare and technology studies. Prior to McKinsey, Brian held several roles within Eli Lilly & Company, including being an award-winning pharmaceutical sales representative and leading the largest implementation of remote data entry clinical trial systems in the industry. Brian graduated magna cum laude from Washington University with a BS in engineering and received his MBA with distinction from Kellogg School while serving as elected student president and member of the dean's search committee.
Vice President of Finance and Operations - Tim Keohane
Tim heads our Finance and Operations activities. Prior to helping found the company, he was a pivotal member of the management team at Power Bar, owned by Nestle Corporation. Before joining Nestle, Tim held both operational and financial management positions with STAR Television in Hong Kong (a subsidiary of News Corporation) where he received the inaugural Gold Star Award for Service.
Tim began his professional career as an associate with Summit Partners, a large Boston-based venture capital firm, where he covered the healthcare and software industries. Tim received his BA cum laude in Economics and Asian Studies from Dartmouth and his MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was his section's elected Education Representative and liaison between the students and faculty. He is married and a proud father twice over.
Vice President of Technology - Kian Wright
With over 15 years of IT experience, mainly in healthcare, Kian develops and oversees the technological backbone of the company. Kian was previously a consultant with Arthur D. Little, consulting to variety of international pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. He was also the Director of Software Development for a company in the managed care industry. He earned his MBA from the Kellogg School and his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College. He recently became a father.
